Emy is a Latvian-developed real-time operational platform for emergency incident\nmanagement. It brings incidents, resources, and response teams into one integrated\nsystem - from citizen reports and emergency calls to on-site response and data\nanalytics<\/p>

Designed to support life-saving decisions, Emy is used by emergency and public\nsafety services to process call data quickly and accurately, automatically allocate the\nmost suitable resources (police, fire and rescue, medical teams), track personnel\nstatus and location in real time, improve communication between dispatchers and\nfield units, and integrate GIS maps with automated navigation.<\/p>

Founder and Chairman of the Board of Meditec, is a co-founder of the company and has led it for more than twenty years, during which time Meditec has become one of the leading developers of healthcare IT solutions in Latvia.<\/p>

Meditec was founded in 1999, and since then the company\u2019s mission has been clear - to make the healthcare system more efficient, modern, and secure. M\u0101rti\u0146\u0161\u2019s daily work is dynamic, involving strategy, partnerships, development, and team leadership. He emphasizes trust in people, delegation, and collaboration with professionals in their respective fields as the foundation for sustainable growth.<\/p>

Founder of Emy and Member of the Board, is the co-creator of Emy and a board member of Meditec with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare IT development. Together with M\u0101rti\u0146\u0161 Sils, he founded the company after graduating from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at the University of Latvia.<\/p>

From developing state funding administration systems to building modern healthcare and emergency medical service platforms, M\u0101ris has consistently been a driving force behind technological development. In his view, the future belongs to artificial intelligence, data analytics, and solutions that operate 24\/7, reducing the risk of human error and improving diagnostics.<\/p>
